Company Description		Axtec are the only UK company specialising exclusively in axle weighing and offer the widest range of fixed, on-board and portable systems available from one company. Our Series 4 000 Dynamic Axle Weighbridge ,which has the highest accuracy Approval from National Weights & Measures Laboratory, is used extensively by VOSA for enforcing axle and gross weight legislation. Approved for Trade means it can be used for charging by weight, claiming recycling credits or any application where cash is changing hands. It is the first and only dynamic axle weighbridge which is approved for use as a Public Weighbridge. Taking up far less space than a conventional weighbridge, the Series 4000 Dynamic Axle Weighbridge provides not only gross weight but vital axle weight information too to ensure complete legality and yet maximum payload. Axtec have invested heavily in test equipment too and operate the only purpose built weighbridge test vehicle specifically for axle weighbridges. Specially designed block weights unique to this application can test any axle weighbridge to maximum capacity before the special vehicle itself tests for accurate dynamic axle weighing. The latest addition to the range is a complete re-design of the highly successful On-board Load Indicator featuring a colour graphic display with audible and visual alarms to warn of overloads. The popular user calibration facility, designed to keep on-going maintenance costs down, has been retained and improved making for even simpler recalibration. The latest system also has a simplified installation procedure which means it can be fitted on site by customers’ own workshops. Alternatively, Axtec have their own directly employed fitters to undertake the whole job. Axtec design, manufacture and install all their systems using their own personnel. No sub-contractors are used which means quality is assured and the whole installation can be completed smoothly with all business divisions seamlessly integrated. All software is written and tested in-house which means complete control of all programs and the ability to react quickly to customer requirements. Directly employed, specially equipped and vastly experienced construction teams can handle the trickiest installation. With portable weighpads and static axle weighbridge available to complete the range, Axtec offer a genuine one-stop vehicle weighing solution.
